Swiss Workers go Burnout

Burnout is becoming part of the daily news across Europe and Asian countries. Switzerland is not an exception as exemplified in this article. 

Burnout is a result of accumulated mental stress that lead slowly into chronic fatigue that cannot be cured. Burnout has dramatic effects on our cardiovascular and immune system, which prevents the body to recover full.

According to the World Health Organization, employers in the United States are losing over $300 billion a year on employee Stress.

The only solution is to avoid going into this red zone by either be aware of our condition, to have good friends around to give us warnings, or to have some means to measure, quantify and warn us.
